介质流动对2507双相不锈钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中电偶腐蚀的影响

  摘要:2507双相不锈钢因良好耐蚀性易于与其他钢种产生电偶腐蚀倾向,流动环境下双相不锈钢与其他钢种电偶腐蚀行为研究鲜有报道。本文采用动电位极化、零电阻电流计等手段比较了3.5% NaCl溶液中流动对17-4PH/2507偶对和527A20/2507偶对电偶腐蚀的影响。发现17-4PH/2507偶对电偶腐蚀倾向较低,而527A20/2507偶对电偶腐蚀倾向明显。流动对17-4PH/2507偶对的电偶腐蚀没有明显影响,但明显促进527A20/2507偶对的电偶腐蚀。

Effect of flow on galvanic corrosion of 2507 duplex stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution

  Abstract: 2507 duplex stainless steel likely results in galvanic corrosion due to its excellent corrosion resistance when the 2507 stainless steel contacts with other steels. However, rare studies have been reported in the galvanic corrosion of 2507 stainless steel in the flow condition. Effect of solution flow on galvanic corrosion of 17-4PH/2507 and 527A20/2507 couples in 3.5 % NaCl solution was studied by potentiodynamic polarization and an auto zero resistance Ammeter.Experimental result reveals that galvanic tendency of 527A20/2507 couple is stronger than that of 17-4PH/2507coupple. Solution flowing has no obvious influence on the galvanic current of 17-4PH/2507 couple, but distinctively promoted the galvanic corrosion of 527A20/2507 couple and thus accelerated the corrosion of 527A20 steel.
