用于低温多效海水淡化的预氧化HAl77-2管的耐蚀性研究

摘要:低温多效海水淡化技术因不受原水浓度限制、出水水质高、对海水温度不敏感、在较低的温度下操作(最高操作温度不超过70℃),可以利用低品位热源和废热等优势,近几年国内外应用发展迅速。传热管是低温多效海水淡化装置的核心部件,其成本约占低温多效海水淡化装置的20~40%,对传热管的要求是高的传热性能、高的阻垢性能、高的耐蚀性能,且价格低廉。铝黄铜是目前最常用的传热管材质。从国内外已运行的低温多效海水淡化装置运行状况来看,铜合金换热管的耐蚀性是装置运行可靠性的关键因素。本工作采用“海水淡化两效蒸馏模拟腐蚀装置”,考察了桂林某公司预氧化退火工艺和光亮退火工艺生产的两种铝黄铜管在真实海水中的耐腐蚀性能,采用电化学阻抗谱、动电位极化曲线结合表面分析测试,研究了预氧化退火HAl77-2管在海水中耐腐蚀性能。研究结果表明,预氧化HAl77-2管在海水中的耐蚀性和抗结垢性均比光亮HAl77-2管强。预氧化退火工艺使HAl77-2铜合金管的耐蚀性能得到一定程度的提高。

AbstractThe performance of pre-oxidized HAl77-2 tube for seawater desalinization was studied by simulative two-effect distillation corrosion experimental installation. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and the potentiodynamic polarization curve method were used to investigate their corrosion resistance property. The surface morphology after simulated corrosion test was examined by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the corrosion resistance and the anti-fouling capability of the pre-oxidized HAl77-2 tube are superior to the ordinary bright annealed HAl77-2 tube.
